Defendant who broke into home while victim was in the shower faces up to 10 years in prison after jury conviction.
The Washoe County District Attorney’s Office has secured a conviction against Dean Carter for charges of Home Invasion and Residential Burglary. The defendant had broken into a home in the middle of the day in Lemmon Valley, Nevada and had begun stealing items when the homeowner, who was home at the time, ran to a neighbor’s and called police.
